We work on synthetic chemistry, especially focusing on the synthesis of organometallic molecules. Our synthetic study is based on several specified guidelines that ensure the functional application of our molecules.Present research theme focus on developing hybrid organometallic materials for solar energy harvesting applications. Functional Molecules are also designed and synthesized to suit the requisites for use as light emissive materials (OLEDs, LEECs). Furthermore few exotic molecules that show excellent vapochromic emission-color changes and mechanochromic responses are also under investigations.
